Dorothy has significant experience in operations, training and development. In addition to serving as a driver which allowed her to better understand the client needs, she led the operational side of Joe’s Car Service and played a major role in its growth by improving the processes that resulted in improved client retention metrics and driver satisfaction.
Prior to that, Dorothy was in a senior leadership role at a national appointment based fitness chain with a focus on training and development of franchise owners.
With Dorothy’s experience and drive (no pun intended), she will be able to provide a standard that will set Honey Bee Rides apart from other rideshare platforms.
In addition to spending time with her loving family in the mountains, Dorothy loves to read especially on long flights as she looks to add to her list of 34 countries visited. She welcomes your recommendations on both good books to read and places to visit.
STINGER
Adam spent over 20 years in commercial banking serving his clients in various roles. The last 15 years he has worked with venture capital and private equity backed startup companies including some of the most disruptive startups in the country.
This experience coupled with his experience as both a rideshare driver and passenger along with driving for Joes Car Service gives him a unique set of experiences that he brings to Honey Bee Rides.
In addition to enjoying spending time outside with his children, Adam loves to cook and work on his quest to golf in all 50 states. He is currently at 24 (including Washington DC) and is planning his next which is likely New Mexico. While driving you he would love to get new recipes, especially ones passed down from our grandmothers, as well as talk about golf courses and welcomes any tips on his golf game.
