Most frequent questions and answers

You ALWAYS pay for the ride at the time of service.  We do not take credit card info to reserve a booking.

Venmo, Zelle, Cash, Credit Card

Up to 7 in one car.  If there are over 7 bags for 7 passengers, you will have to book 2 cars at the current fare price.

Please include the details of the animal in the “notes” field when booking.

As early as you want. 

Fares do not include gratuity. If you wish to tip your driver, it would be greatly appreciated. You may do so at the end of your trip with cash or have the driver add your desired dollar amount or percentage to your reservation. 




Please choose the time closest to your arrival time.

You will receive a text with your driver’s contact information prior to 6:00pm the night before your arrival/departure. If this is a last minute reservation for the same day, you will receive a text as soon as a driver is assigned.

Domestic flights recommend that you arrive 2 hrs prior to scheduled departure.  International flights recommend 3 hrs prior to departure time.   Add this time to the time it takes you to typically get to the airport.  During heavy travel times, I would check with your airline and see what their recommendation is as well. 

Yes. Extra fee will depend on number of stops and miles, the minimum fee is $10.

No, tolls will be added to the fare if you choose to use the toll roads.

Yes,  please indicate what type of carseat you need in the notes section of the booking process.  We have 5 point harnesses for rear or forward facing, and booster seats.  We can also use and store your personal carseat if that works better for you.

If you have provided us with correct flight information, we will monitor your flight’s arrival . We do not penalize you for any flight delays. However, if your flight comes in early, our drivers will do their best to accommodate you.  There might be times where you will have to wait for the driver until your scheduled booking time.  This is why it’s very important to book your arrival time correctly in the initial booking. 




We pickup passengers on Level 6 (departures) . Your driver will reach out to you and let you know what terminal based on your flight information.

Yes, we will try our best to accommodate the request.  Please add the Drivers name in the notes section of the booking.
